Access From Home
Follow these steps for off-campus access to the library databases and other subscritption-based electronic resources.
- Select a database from the Online Database page.
- You will be asked to enter your Last Name and Colleague ID Number.
Finding your Colleague ID
There are three ways to find your 7-digit Colleague ID Number if you do not know it. If you have questions or need help, feel free to Ask a Librarian.On your Printed Class Schedule
Find the 7-digit number next to your name on your printed class schedule. If you are faculty or staff, your Colleague ID number is the same as your employee ID number and can be found on your pay advices.
On User Name Look Up
Use the MVConnect User Name Look Up form. Students, faculty, and staff can use this form to look up their Colleague ID number.
On MVConnect
- Log-in to MVConnect.
- Click on Student portal page (or Faculty & Staff portal page) in the upper left-hand corner.
- Then from the Self-Service menu located on the right-hand side, choose Academic Profile >> My Profile.
